Do you take insurance?
-No, we do not contract with any insurance companies or do any paperwork associated with insurance companies. This is the only way direct specialty care works and allows us to spend more time with you.
Do you accept Healthcare Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account debit/credit cards?
-Yes, we accept payments with all major credit cards, debit card, HSA and FSA
Should I use insurance for labs and imaging studies?
-Yes. Labs and imaging are billed through the facility performing these services. For those with no insurance or high deductible policies, we can assist in finding better out-of-pocket pricing.
What is the cost for office visits and procedures?
-Prices are listed and payment is made when scheduling your appointment.
What if I need to change or cancel my appointment?
-This can be done through the link in your appointment text/email confirmation, however, if rescheduled or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee applies. This goes towards the time already spent preparing for your appointment and supplies ordered ahead of your appointment.
Does my insurance cover spider and varicose vein treatments?
-Since insurance policy coverage varies significantly, we recommend contacting your insurance company directly to inquire about your individual policy coverage. We are unable to correspond with your insurance company on your behalf.
Can my receipt be turned in to my insurance for reimbursement?
-We suggest you contact your insurance company regarding this matter and any additional requirements prior to scheduling your appointment.
